Key Responsibilities include the following:

General admin:
Administration and creation of promotion material e.g. branding, booking letters; and organization of items in stock
Administration of internal meetings and external activities/projects e.g. invitations, conference venue, practicals, speakers/educators
Active member of the Brand Team
Travel arrangements
Various PA tasks and support to members of the team

Financial &amp; Admin:
Purchasing orders in SAP, invoices, Accruals
Responsible for keeping budget, contract and PO overview
Responsible for contract process in Palette-system and to make sure that the team has all the information regarding the process.
Responsible for communication material approval process in Zinc

Build strong network in-house and active member of “assistant pool”
Actively attend assistant meetings in-house

Promote and drive Process effectiveness (simplify)
Secure processes for team´s technical tools
Secure smooth operations of business unit with various tasks&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Characteristics:

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in similar position, experience from the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Excellent computer knowledge
Fluent in Swedish and English&lt;br /&gt;

Your responsibilities:
You will ensure a high standard of accurate and relevant financial administration and reporting. You will be responsible for the accounting function, including financial planning and reporting task. Additionally you will support the businesses on financial matters and report to our HQ in Germany. Moreover, your tasks are:
Accounts payable book-keeping and management
Payments via Internet Banking
Accounts receivable bookkeeping and management (dunning)
Bank statement reconciliation
VAT, Tax &amp; statistical reporting to authorities
Monthly financial reporting to business headquarters in Germany
Managing various HR issues (payroll)
Cost controlling
Supporting subsidiary management with various analysis regarding sales performance and identifying potential business risks and opportunities
Budget and estimate planning
Preparing annual accounts for the authorities and auditors as well as HQ&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We look for a skilled accounting manager with strong analytical and organizational skills as well as experience and interest in working in a small sales company. You should work in a pro-active, hands-on and solution-oriented way. Furthermore, you convince us by:
Relevant practical or academic base education within book-keeping, economy, finance; preferably a bachelor degree
Business fluency in Swedish and English and proficiency in Norwegian (Danish is of advantage)
At least 3 years' experience in accounting, finance and sales unit controlling
High level experience with bookkeeping-systems (Navision preferably) and preferably experience with data warehouse systems for sales and financial analysis (OLAP/Cockpit)
Experience with internet banking system(s), in closing annual accounts and in making financial budgeting, planning and forecasting
Experience with the above in a Swedish setting and thereby having experience with SE legislation, procedures, rules and regulations related to a Swedish AB
Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)&lt;br /&gt;
