There will be a mix of experienced recruiters who need a 'sounding board' to discuss ideas and hone their existing skills; you will also be expected to mentor trainees who will need regular guidance. You will report to the Divisional Manager who has an excellent reputation within the business and has recent and clear sector knowledge to help you keep your desk successful and profitable.

You will be either an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your career, in the United States. There is plenty of training available to help a Senior Consultant make the next step into a Branch Manager position in the short term, due to the growth of the business in that region.You must have a number of years experience in recruitment with a minimum of A Levels/BTEC and preferably a university degree. Your experience must be stable and have excellent billings (£200k +) in order to be considered for a business visa.
