There is plenty of training available to help a Senior Consultant make the next step into a Branch Manager position in the short term, due to the growth of the business in that region.You must have a number of years experience in recruitment with a minimum of A Levels/BTEC and preferably a university degree. Your experience must be stable and have excellent billings (£200k +) in order to be considered for a business visa.&lt;br /&gt;
