Pour accélérer notre développement, nous recrutons un Strategic Account Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe parisienne (basée dans le 2e arrondissement).
Pour ce faire tu prendras en charge le développement et le suivi d'un portefeuille de Comptes Clés en commercialisant l'ensemble des services et outils digitaux de notre groupe (CVthèque, vidéo différée, outil de matching…). Tu seras en charge d'identifier et d'approcher les interlocuteurs référents : DRH, Directeur des Achats, DSI, Responsables de développement RH, Responsables recrutements etc.
Il te faudra adopter une approche conseil et être en capacité de comprendre les problématiques de recrutement de tes clients, parfois dans des contextes internationaux.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Tu es reconnu pour ta capacité à gérer des comptes clés avec une approche multi-services et multi-interlocuteurs. Tu te reconnais dans une approche de conseil plus que de vente de produits.
