Du ska ha erfarenhet av systemförvaltning och det är en klar fördel om du har projekterfarenhet. Arbetet kräver god analytisk förmåga och förståelse för komplexa sammanhang, liksom en mycket god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga. Du har mycket goda kunskaper och insikter i gränslandet mellan verksamhetens behov och teknikens möjligheter.

Det är viktigt att kommunens CIO fokuserar på nätverkande och kontakter inom koncernen och externt för att stödja och vara pådrivande i utveckling&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Som vår nya CIO har du en akademisk bakgrund med inriktning på data- och/eller systemvetenskap.
Du har flerårig erfarenhet som CIO eller annan ledande befattning inom IT-området samt kunskap inom IT-arkitektur. Vidare har du erfarenhet av IT-utveckling ur ett verksamhets-, affärsstödjande och invånar/kundperspektiv med eget budgetansvar från en större organisation. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att leda tekniska utvecklings- och förändringsprojekt, och vana av att leda en beställarorganisation samt erfarenhet inom outsourcing.

Som redovisningschef kommer du ansvara för att leda det dagliga redovisningsarbetet avseende våra tre svenska bolag. Du kommer också ansvara för rapportering och analyser gällande månadsbokslut, cashflow och valuta etc. En annan viktig del är att driva utvecklingen av redovisningsarbetet framåt för möjliggörande av ökad effektivitet kring administrativa processer. 

Du kommer även att utarbeta årsredovisningar och inkomstdeklarationer för de svenska bolagen. Att ha god kontakt med interna och externa parter samt agera systemägare för våra IT-system inom finansavdelningen ingår också i arbetsuppgifterna.

Vi söker dig som är utbildad civilekonom, eller motsvarande, med inriktning mot redovisning. Du som söker har erfarenhet inom finansiella- och affärsredovisningsprocesser från internationella bolag. Du har även erfarenhet inom personalledning. Vi tror att du som söker har goda kunskaper inom affärssystem och koncernrapporteringssystem samt inom Excel.
