Vous serez la première personne que les clients rencontre. Vos missions sont donc principalement:
Accueillir le client,
Renseigner, donner au client les premiers éléments d'informations,
Assurer une partie de la gestion commerciale,
Suivre les dossiers en cours.
Ce poste nécessite de travailler le samedi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous aimez le contact et vous aimez jongler d'un sujet à l'autre? Vous êtes organisé, dynamique et vous vous épanouissez dans le travail en équipe (et ne concevez même pas qu'il en soit autrement ;-))? Méthodique et avec un excellent relationnel, vous aimez organiser, renseigner, rédiger et plein d'autres mots en «er »?

Formation: Bac +2
Rémunération : entre 20K€ 22K€ selon le profil et le niveau d'expérience

Assist HR and Payroll departments in developing processes and interfaces related to Benefits

Assist in the ongoing analysis, definition, documentation and testing of business requirements for the HRIS software

Follow up on test plans, scenarios, cases &amp; scripts and analyze, resolve, validate and document test results&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
At least 3 years of employee benefits/HRIS administration experience

Proven experience with an HRIS software implementations and day-to-day HRIS benefits administration, benefits administration, self-service, and query experience preferred

Experience and familiarity with ACA reporting requirements a real plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills
