Adjunto (e) el Director General de la filial principal, usted toma la responsabilidad de la Oficina del Departamento de Investigación y Técnicas de la estructura de algunas personas de sesenta.Como tal:Usted es miembro del Comité Ejecutivo y proponer la política y la empresa impulsez I + D.Ejecuta una oficina de diseño de veinte personas (mecánica, electrónica, informática e ingeniería eléctrica) y 5 personas de servicio y soporte post venta.Usted conduce un equipo de cinco jefes de núcleo.Garante (e) del carácter diferenciador, la calidad y la rentabilidad de las soluciones técnicas desarrolladas, se implementa la organización adecuada (recursos, el modo de proyecto, proceso) y los equipos de transmisión y presupuestos específicos (varios cientos de proyectos miles de euros).

Lo ideal sería que la escuela de formación especializada en Ingeniería de Gran General o mecánica y electrónica - las técnicas de formación BTS o DUT en estudio de acuerdo a sus experiencias - que tiene una experiencia de al menos 7 años en una función de I + D Gerente, Director (dos por tres) Administrador o de la Oficina técnica de Diseño.Dinámico y emprendedor (e), que se reconocen (e) su capacidad para conducir proyectos y gestionar equipos.Se enmarca jerárquicamente por lo menos diez personas y hablar Inglés con fluidez.Su liderazgo y las habilidades interpersonales, su curiosidad técnica, su gusto por la innovación y el campo, su disciplina y su sentido de que el cliente le permitirá impulsar la estrategia de I + D de la empresa.

The nature of the role will be to manage an IT division of 150 IT staff. You will work with key business stakeholders to develop the IT strategy, transition plan and target operating model for the merged organisations. There are 3 elements that you will define; creation of a Shared Service, Integration strategy and programmes, and defining future Digital transformation plans to help the business achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned IT Director with similar experience to the above. You will have experience of integrating and merging organisations, setting up of a Shared Service and will have previously created and driven Digital Transformation plans. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that is about to go through a period of large change. You will have full responsibility of how your division will be shaped and what the future IT roadmap will look like.

Qualifications and Experience Besides a general interest in everything technical we would like to have -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Solid experience of both Windows and iOS platforms -Solid experience of configuring Networks, Windows Server and Active Directory -Solid experience of cloud based services as e.g. Amazon Web Services. -Solid experience of implementing IT and data security technologies and policies. -Solid experience of driving customer facing IT projects. -Experience of procuring external services -Experience of software development environments. -Experience from Google services (docs/mail etc.) -A ‘can do' and service minded attitude.
